An Open Letter to Prospective Owners

We are glad that you have found our site, and possibly even our  neighborhood.  Since we have all been in the same situation you are in  before deciding to move here, we know that you have a lot of questions  to ask and  facts to consider when searching for your new home or  homesite. It is our hope that this site can be a good resource to provide  you with an introduction to what many of us consider the ideal  neighborhood in the Williamsburg/James City County Area.

 Yours truly,

 Board of Directors

 Wexford Hills Homeowners Association

Why Wexford Hills?
  • Wexford Hills, located in Williamsburg, Virginia, is a small, scenic neighborhood in a spectacular, park-like setting located adjacent to the award winning York River State Park.
  • Individualized homes are built off of tree-lined streets, on 3+ acre, private lots with underground utilities.
  • Residents span all ages, from families with young children to retirees.
  • Nearby York State River Park provides: open river vistas, miles of hiking and biking trails, a large playground area, a variety of Ranger Programs and special seasonal events.
  • The neighborhood is less than 4 miles from Interstate 64 and only minutes from historical Jamestown, Yorktown and Colonial Williamsburg. Visitors to the area enjoy the Busch Gardens and Water Country amusement parks, as well as shopping, restaurants and personal services. A local library and hospitals are just a short drive away. Opened in early 2017 is the new CHKD Pediatric Medical Office which is located in the brand new Lightfoot Marketplace.  Keep up with what's happening in and around our neighborhood by reading the Williamsburg Yorktown Daily
  • Residents are engaged in our neighborhood and actively participate in Neighborhood Watch and annual beautification efforts within the neighborhood and the surrounding area.
  • There are also several annual community “fun” events including: July 4th Parade for the children, National Night-Out (with the support of local Police and Fire Departments), and a neighborhood picnic.
  • The community offers an HOA that is run by resident volunteers which helps maintain low annual dues.  Additionally, all roadways are state maintained, so residents do not absorb costs associated with maintenance or snow removal.
  • Wexford Hills is a warm, friendly community and loves to welcome all who come our way!
