A Resale Certificate is required for the sale of each lot in Wexford Hills.  The Resale Certificate contains the Homeowners Association information required by Virginia law as stated in the Common Interest Community Board Common Interest Community Association Resale Certificate guidance.   

This page allows sellers, buyers, realtors or other authorized agents to request and download an electronic version of the Wexford Hills Resale Certificate.  Please complete the application form by entering your email address below.  

Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email containing the completed Resale Certificate form and the links for downloading the files containing the Appendices and the required six-months of Board of Directors Meeting Minutes.  You will have 90 days to download the Resale Certificate. 

In the event you would like another person to receive the Resale Certificate, enter their email address in the Alternate Email field. 

Hard copies of the Resale Certificate are available upon request for an additional $25.00.
